A Lovely Pause is dedicated to serving those who are healing from trauma by offering resources, community education and awareness, coping skills, and support through workshops, support groups, volunteer opportunities, and financial assistance.

Volunteer Tie-Dye Parties!

Every quarter at A Lovely Pause, we get together and tie-dye shirts to have fun, get to know each other, and create shirts to sell for A Lovely Pause. All volunteers and volunteer wannabes are welcome to join us. We can get you registered and the process started for you to become a certified ALP volunteer!
